A straightforward privacy note

Your ideas deserve
a little care.

When you send an inquiry, Arjun Kambli receives the contact details and project information you choose to share. The purpose is to understand your needs, evaluate possible work, and respond to you.

What is saved

Your name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, business or project details, answers, submission time, and any later inquiry status or internal notes are stored in the website’s database. You do not need an account to submit. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, medical information, or private information about your clients.

Who can see it

The inquiry inbox is restricted to Arjun’s authorized account. The website is hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes the information needed to run the service. Submitted answers are not displayed publicly or automatically posted anywhere. No automated AI service evaluates or responds to your submission.

Drafts and basic website operation

Answers stay on the page while you complete the form. If you choose “Save draft on this device,” a copy is stored in that browser until you submit or remove the draft. Avoid this on a shared device. The form uses a temporary, salted network identifier to limit spam; it does not retain a raw IP address in its inquiry records. The hosting service may maintain operational logs under its own policies.

Contact, marketing, and retention

Submitting allows Arjun to follow up about your inquiry using your preferred contact method. Choosing text or phone does not enroll you in automated messages or marketing. It does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Inquiries are kept while they are useful for evaluating or managing the work. You can ask Arjun for a copy, a correction, or deletion of your inquiry by emailing rucksackcookbook@gmail.com. Identity verification may be needed before releasing or deleting information.

Your project stays yours

Sending an inquiry is not a contract, purchase, or agreement to begin work. Scope, fees, ownership, maintenance, and any use of additional services will be discussed before a project begins.
